Ninth Annual 4C Leadership ConferenceLeading the Way to Quality: Fostering leadership in others is just as important as being a leader. That’s why 4C has chosen “Leadership—Pass It On!” as the theme for the Ninth Annual 4C Leadership Conference, which will be held Oct. 13 and 14 at the beautiful Oasis Conference Center in Loveland, Ohio. This two-day event will be filled with sessions for directors, owners and administrators that will inspire and motivate. Alicia Leatherman (deputy director, Ohio Department of Job and Family Services) will be the keynote speaker on Friday and will share her wisdom and direction for leaders. Tonya Matthews (vice president of museums, Cincinnati Museum Center) will be our featured preconference speaker on Thursday and will deliver an engaging, inspiring and thought-provoking talk on leadership as a skill set: “Are Leaders Born or Taught?” Following this session, John French from Lakeshore will have a presentation with quality materials and wonderful giveaways for attendees.
Location: Oasis Conference Center, 902 Loveland Miamiville Road, Loveland, Ohio 45140, 513-583-8383. (map) |
