  • Save the date: Oct. 15 & 16. The Seventh Annual 4C Leadership Conference for directors, administrators and owners of early care and education programs will be at the Savannah Center in West Chester. This year's theme: "Leading The Way To Quality: It Starts With You."

  • 4C recognizes providers who strive for quality. The 4C Web site has a complete listing of all the centers, family child care homes and individuals who have achieved recognition for their efforts to improve the quality of early learning and care.   • 800 star-rated programs in Ohio! Step Up To Quality reached the Ohio Governor's goal of 800 star-rated programs two months early! Kim Ginn, 4C's SUTQ coordinator, says thanks to the more than 800 early care and education programs that "reached for the stars!"
