Direct Deposit Reimbursement Options for Meal Claims
4C provides several options for electronically transferring your claim amounts, in order to help you receive your claim money quicker. If you sign up for one of these options, we will transfer the funds as soon as we have finished processing the funds from the state. Below are the available options for direct deposit:
- Checking account
- Savings account
- Prepaid card
To sign up for direct deposit of claim reimbursement using one of these options, please complete the information on the authorization for reimbursement options form, attach documentation (attached documents depend on your option—for a checking/savings account you will need to have a bank representative sign the form) and return the form to 4C by mail or with your next month's menu.
