CINCINNATI — 4C for Children is pleased to announce the promotion of Terri Alekzander to Chief Information Officer (CIO), effective Oct. 1. In this role, Alekzander will oversee the agency’s technology strategy and information systems, driving innovation and efficiency across all operations.
Alekzander has been with 4C for Children for 26 years, previously serving as Senior Director of Data and Information Systems. During her tenure, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision, leading key initiatives that have enhanced our technological infrastructure and improved service delivery.

Alekzander leads a team that provides tech and data support and implementation for both the Cincinnati and Dayton 4C for Children offices. “I am honored to take on this new position with 4C for Children and excited about the opportunities ahead,” said Alekzander. “I look forward to collaborating with our talented team to drive technological advancements that support our mission and vision.”
