4C Coaching
The 4C for Children coaching program can help you develop and implement program management strategies that enhance the quality of care for children. 4C for Children’s Quality Programs Specialists use a collaborative approach designed so both the coach and participant share information and resources.
We offer many different types of coaching and most are free of charge. Coaching is typically one-on-one, but can be tailored for small groups or in a virtual environment. Types of coaching offered include:
- Leadership coaching
- Step Up To Quality (SUTQ) coaching
- Age-specific coaching (infant and toddler, preschool, school-age)
- CDA coaching
